Error on the daniweb website “operation aborted”

I keep getting this error message everytime i click on a link, for example a link to a thread on this website (daniweb), it says, “Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet Site http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread107133.html. Operation aborted”

I have 4 quarantined files in the AVG anti-spyware i need help on deleting them

USB data cable for cell…killed my thinkpad
