Spybot Question Please

Hi everyone!
This week I followed all the advice in the PC cleaning techniques... thread above, trying to sort out a little problem I asked about over in the Windows Tips n Tweaks forum.
Now, every time I start up, Spybot asks me the following question, can anyone tell me if this is significant, and which answer I should give?
"Spybot Search and Destroy has detected an important registry entry that has been changed.
Category: Session manager
Change: Value changed
-------------------
Entry: Boot Execute
--------------------
Old data: autocheck autochk*
New data: autocheck autochk* \Isdelete\
Allow change? Deny change? "

I have the exact same message. It appears suspicous at first, then I see “value added” and then I think maybe its the opposite.
Let me know when you get and answer.
